With warmer days on the horizon, we wanted to share with you our favorite High C Tea Smoothie, formulated by us, for you to savor and enjoy on a warm (or not so warm) day. 🌻
This refreshing, creamy, nourishing, and packed with herbs, adaptogens, and medicinal mushrooms! 🍄🌈🌿

Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tsps. High C Tea Powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup fresh pineapple pieces
Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
1 Tbsp Protein powder (optional)
Blend all together in high speed blender, pour, and enjoy! Garnish with your favorite herbs for that fresh kick in the face. Our favorites are mint, rosemary, and lemon balm to help awaken your senses and calm the nervous system.
