Thank you for choosing Healthy High. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We understand that issues can occasionally arise. We may offer refunds in select cases, including but not limited to:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items from your order
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@healthyhighdrinks.com with the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and/or packaging (if applicable)
Once we review your request, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@healthyhighdrinks.com
