
Hot Mama Brownies

Did someone say Hot Mama cherry dark chocolate brownie?! 🍒🍫
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
10 oz dark chocolate
1/3 cup hot mama magyk
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbs vanilla
3 large eggs + 1 yolk
1 + 1/4 cup flour
10-15 cherries chopped in quarters
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 and have a buttered 8x8 pan ready (if you use a 9x13 just start checking 10 minutes sooner)
Leaving aside a hand full of chocolate chunks, use either a sauce pan or microwave melt butter and chocolate and whisk until smooth. (If you use a microwave check on it every 10-30 seconds)
Making sure the mixture is NOT HOT, mix in the eggs and Vanilla and whisk heavily for about 2 minutes (helps make it a little more Fudgy).
When you’re 2 minutes are up, the cherries & juice get folded in, then the flour and our healthy high Special ingredient: the Hot Mama Magyk.
If you don’t want a more ‘Cake’y brownie try not to over mix (I personally little a little cake in my fudge).
Think we forgot that hand full of chocolate chips?
Well if there are still any left 😉, gently fold them in to the batter for a luscious chocolate surprise.
Slide your creation into the preheated oven and let it cook for 40-50 minutes, checking with a tooth pick.
Now.... This is the hard part... once the timer is up... you have to let it sit and cool.
TORTURE IM SO SORRY!
At least 15 minutes, you have to let your brownies relax and get all fudgy... after that.
A brownie square, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dribble of that cherry juice... that’s the real Magyck.
